The purpose of developing an efficient handover process in mobile networks, ensuring continuous connectivity and non-stop communication for mobile users as they traveling to diverse locations. This research paper focuses on several specific goals to enable real-time adaptation to changing signal conditions, ensuring timely handover decisions that can minimize the service disruptions with the minimize the probability of handoff failure. The algorithm seeks to optimize handover decision-making by considering multiple aspects like signal connectivity and its characteristics with mobility patterns, and network load. It also aims to incorporate predictive capabilities to anticipate future signal variations and proactively initiate handovers. Additionally, the algorithm strives to ensure efficiency, reliability, and robustness under diverse operating conditions while optimizing resource utilization and enhancing the overall user experience. Lastly, scalability, compatibility, and seamless integration with existing cellular standards and protocols are essential considerations to ensure widespread deployment and adoption of the algorithm.
