If knowing oneself is the beginning of wisdom, the best way to have such knowledge is through the practice of examination of conscience, a spiritual practice that is relevant even after 500 years. Ignatius of Loyola was a man who personally went through transformative experiences where he drew strength from knowing his inner self. The Examen is a spiritual practice of reflecting on ones day in order not only to learn from it but also to change the way one lives the following day. The Examen is a practice performed daily to bring about changes in the quality of living and this way to grow in greater Corporate Spiritual Responsibility.
