This paper tries to review the role of a company’s CSSR activities in enriching the lives of the people with disabilities. The values and brands of a company should be aligned with its CSSR activities. A company can play a great role in improving the quality of lives of the disabled while improving the image of itself and thereby increasing the shareholders’ wealth- which is the prime objective a business concern.

摘要
