The Economic Essence of Lifelong Learning from the Point of View of the Beneficiaries of Educational Transformation
摘要
The research aims to prove the economic conditionality of the process of large-scale introduction of distance education in the context of global digital transformation by the economic interests of private subjects of socio-economic relations. Reaching the terminal stage of the crisis of the liberal socio-economic system leads to the need to intensify the exploitation of the unprivileged majority of the planet’s population, particularly by expanding the supply of human power in the labor market (attracting minors to the economically active population). During the research, the authors use system analysis, synthesis, generalization, and interpretation of results. Based on the analysis of statistical data on the global increase in poverty, the pace of the introduction of digital technologies, and information about private structures that finance the global digital transformation, this research concludes the interdependence of the global digital transformation and the intensification of the exploitation of the majority of the world’s population (due to the involvement of children in the economically active population), as well as the global structural crisis of the liberal socio-economic system. This research was implemented using the methods of political economy, which made it possible to structure the existing global trends in the area of education and identify the beneficiaries of the global digital transformation.
