摘要

The research reveals the problem of training human resources in society using digital technologies. The current level of development of the labor force is closely related to the change in the improvement of the technical basis of production activities. The role of a teacher is considered, which is defined as a highly qualified teacher who seeks to transform the pedagogical reality and create something fundamentally new. This is an active, capable person who performs research functions in the course of professional activities. The authors present a rationale for a practical experiment aimed at exploring the relevance of educational robotics, which in turn consists of presenting the possibility of combining project activities and programming in one training course. This contributes to the integration of teaching computer science, mathematics, physics, drawing, and natural sciences with the development of engineering thinking. An analysis of the effectiveness of the level of development of technical thinking by Bennett was carried out. The test was used to evaluate the technical thinking of a person. Based on the conducted empirical research, the authors identified conditions for managing the innovative activity of a teacher. When identifying the conditions for managing innovative activity, the authors were guided by the studied theoretical works and an experiment with the approbation of a program in educational robotics.
