The research aims to identify the importance of education for developing the knowledge society in the Kyrgyz Republic, considering its culture and linguistics specifics. Moreover, another research goal is to identify the conditions with the greatest contribution of education. To determine the importance of education for the development of knowledge society in the Kyrgyz Republic, considering the specifics of its culture and linguistics, the authors used correlation analysis to study the dynamics of education and knowledge society in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2017–2022. The conducted econometric study of the current experience of the Kyrgyz Republic, considering the specifics of its culture and linguistics, has shown that education is important for developing the knowledge society. The key conclusion of the research is that the conditions under which the contribution of education to the development of the knowledge society in the Kyrgyz Republic is greatest are as follows: (1) presence of highly educated workers in the labor market (basic, mandatory condition) and (2) employment of highly educated workers (preferred but not mandatory, optional condition). The conditions noted are due to the specific culture and linguistics of the Kyrgyz Republic.
