In this chapter, we introduce the high-speed 3D imaging techniques. Currently, the mainstream 3D optical imaging techniques include: structured light 3D imaging, time-of-flight (ToF), light field microscopy (LFM) and light-sheet microscopy, etc. On the basis of these techniques, faster and higher frequency hight-speed 3D imaging methods have been developed. We will give a brief introduction to these techniques and compare them with each other to point out their respective characteristics and illustrate their suitable application areas.
