The biological functions of Proteobacteria on the human body are mainly reflected in the role of intestinal flora. These functions are of great significance in maintaining human health, promoting nutrient absorption, and enhancing immune regulation. In this work, we focused on the classification of coding and non-coding genes in the species of proteobacteria. We employed three sequential features, including RCkmer, mismatch, and Subsequence. Meanwhile, we employed several SOTA classification models to deal with the three features in this classification issue.

摘要

The biological functions of Proteobacteria on the human body are mainly reflected in the role of intestinal flora. These functions are of great significance in maintaining human health, promoting nutrient absorption, and enhancing immune regulation. In this work, we focused on the classification of coding and non-coding genes in the species of proteobacteria. We employed three sequential features, including RCkmer, mismatch, and Subsequence. Meanwhile, we employed several SOTA classification models to deal with the three features in this classification issue.
