Leptotrichia wadei has become an important research object in oral microbiology. During this work, we focused on identifying the coding and non-coding sequences from the whole Genome sequence of Leptotrichia wadei. We employed several typical features, including ANF and ASDC, to demonstrate each sample in detail. Then, these features can be classified as the SVM model. In order to demonstrate the performances of this algorithm, other state-of-the-art methods can be compared with it. The following section gives a detailed description of this work.

Leptotrichia wadei has become an important research object in oral microbiology.
