The size and weight of offshore wind turbines (OWTs) are substantial, and the construction time window is limited by wind and wave conditions. Challenging maritime transportation and construction conditions, along with high technical difficulties, risks, and costs, impose strict requirements on the transportation capacity, operating water depth, and lifting capacity of the equipment. It is necessary to consider various factors affecting ocean hydrology, meteorology, navigation channels, and the seabed, and to design reasonable transportation and construction design schemes to ensure transportation and construction safety, reduce costs, and shorten the construction period.

摘要

The size and weight of offshore wind turbines (OWTs) are substantial, and the construction time window is limited by wind and wave conditions. Challenging maritime transportation and construction conditions, along with high technical difficulties, risks, and costs, impose strict requirements on the transportation capacity, operating water depth, and lifting capacity of the equipment. It is necessary to consider various factors affecting ocean hydrology, meteorology, navigation channels, and the seabed, and to design reasonable transportation and construction design schemes to ensure transportation and construction safety, reduce costs, and shorten the construction period.
