This study aims to present the understanding of the concept and application of accessible cultural tourism in the metaverse, focusing on the connection between metaverse, cultural tourism, and barrier-free tourism. It also discusses the advantages and significance of combining these three elements to form a solution to overcome obstacles for the people with disabilities (PWD). Furthermore, the paper delves into the service design for metaverse tourism by presenting a service blueprint. The blueprint underscores the integration of metaverse concepts with cultural tourism hotspots and ensures the barrier-free access for all travelers.
