This study investigates the problem of deploying a multi-functional electronic system in a given area. Based on the traditional particle swarm algorithm, new constraints are introduced to optimise the maximum effective coverage rates while restricting the site location and the joint signal-to-noise ratio to find the best deployment scheme. The simulation scenarios are selected from Fujian Province and Taiwan Province to ensure a closer match with the actual scenarios, so that the research in this paper has a better reference value and achieves a more practical utility in practical applications.
