Aiming at the application of a hydraulic turbine in ocean current power generation device, this paper studied the Betz limit and torque gain of ocean current energy, and designed a PID controller. By comparing the first order transfer function control of the hydraulic turbine and the adjustment rules of the PID parameters, the PID parameters were enhanced the robustness of the system. Finally, simulation results validated the effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要
