The research conducted using the systematic literature review (SLR) method aims to explore related studies. Furthermore, research questions are formulated using the population, intervention, comparison, outcomes, and context (PICOC) criteria. Then, the systematic literature review (SLR) uses PRISMA to describe the research conducted. In this literature review, 111 primary studies using regression analysis to analyze firm performance were obtained. The number of studies each year from 2014 to 2024 is presented to show the distribution of research on firm performance analysis. 摘要

The study identified 27 variables used for firm performance measurement. The study finds that ROA, ROE, and Tobin’s Q are the three most frequently used variables in the study for firm performance measurement. Then, the study identified 38 variables used to affect firm performance. The study findings that Board or CEO Attribute, Ownership Structure, CSR or ESG Attribute, Capital Structure, and Intellectual Capital are the five most frequently used factors that affect firm performance in studies. Then, the study also identifies 21 unique factors that affect firm performance.
