Ensuring accountability, transparency, and organizational effectiveness, using information computer technology in performance evaluation is a critical aspect of public administration. Performance evaluation has undergone significant changes, both in terms of tools and processes, with the advent of the digital age. The paper examines the changes in the processes of performance evaluation, such as the shift from traditional paper-based evaluations to online evaluations, and the adoption of agile methods of performance management. The study concludes that while the digital age offers immense potential for the improvement of performance evaluation in public administration, it also poses a number of challenges, including issues related to data security, data protection, and accountability. The paper concludes with an outline of the way forward for public administrations to make effective use of information technologies to improve performance evaluation in the digital age. As a result of this study designed the system of indicators that enables the assessment of the activity of public administration.
