Advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have opened up opportunities for utilizing technology in social welfare initiatives. The Rotaract club, which includes former students, graduates, industrialists, working professionals, and social workers, aims to support rotaractors in various ways, with a focus on social work. Addressing the concern of placement for rotaractors and the club, we propose the development of an Alumni portal for the Rotaract club of RSCOE. The Alumni portal will facilitate efficient and streamlined placement processes for rotaractors at RSCOE. It will enable alumni, including industrialists and working professionals, to hire rotaractors through the portal, offering job opportunities and internships. Moreover, the portal will serve as a platform for alumni to provide support and assistance to rotaractors in different ways. Leveraging data analysis techniques, the proposed system will also include a predictive model to forecast future placements through the Rotaract club.
