To enhance the contour accuracy of biaxial systems, this paper proposes a compensation method that models independent single-axis systems and then couples multiple servo axes through model predictive control algorithm. Building upon this method, contour and tracking error are introduced as optimization variables in the cost function. The experimental results demonstrate that the method works effectively on contour control and enhances system performance.
