Research on High-Quality Development of Green and Low-Carbon Cities Based on Spatiotemporal Big Data

In this paper, the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River basin are in Henan Province, and their development is very important. We use a variety of methods such as GIS spatial analysis and multi-indicator evaluation to study natural ecology, environmental protection, and socio-economic factors. As the middle and upper reaches, protecting the ecological environment has become the main goal of low-carbon green development The core implementation path for high-quality development in Henan Province includes (1) enhancing government guidance and regulation capabilities while innovating characteristic industries’ development mode; (2) Talent is the key to scientific and technological innovation, and measures have been introduced to attract talents and strengthen the province; (3) We will promote balanced development among regions, introduce an ecological compensation mechanism, and implement a new urbanization mechanism. Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Zhoukou, Shangqiu and Sanmenxia are outstanding in ecological development and green development.
