Usually, the quality of the borewell water is determined by analyzing it in the laboratory. In addition, we have to analyze the water every one hour to get proper results. This technique is not feasible and time consuming as well. To overcome these problems a portable device is designed which measures the essential qualities of water such as pH, temperature and TDS. All these values are continuously sent to the Central Control Unit (CCU) through Global System for Mobile (GSM) Communication. In case of any abnormalities in the observed values, an alert SMS is sent to the authorized user.
