The induction of high heat flow processes has led to a notable need for novel technologies that improve heat transfer. In the present scenario of a faster rate of heat transfer useful for many industrial applications, nanofluids have attracted huge attention to accomplish the augmentation of heat transfer rate. The present chapter aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the application of nano-fluids in enhancing heat transfer within various types of heat exchangers. By exploring the fundamentals, mechanisms, and real-world applications, insights into the current state of research, challenges faced, and potential future developments in this exciting field can be exhibited. This chapter explores the innovative application of nanofluids in heat transfer enhancement within heat exchangers. Nanofluids, colloidal suspensions of nanoparticles in base fluids, have exhibited remarkable thermal properties, making them a promising candidate for improving the efficiency and performance of heat exchangers.
