This study aims to explore the evolution of AI technologies from basic automation tools to crucial drivers of societal transformation. Using a combination of historical and comparative analysis, as well as thematic analysis, we examine how AI models have impacted the innovation society by reshaping economic and social structures. The findings show that AI not only enhances productivity across sectors like healthcare and finance but also introduces challenges around ethics, data governance, and global disparities. By addressing these concerns through interdisciplinary collaboration, equitable access, and strong governance, this study contributes valuable insights into AI’s role in shaping a sustainable innovation society.
