Chinese Cities and Interdisciplinary Teaching
摘要
This chapter concludes by summarizing various approaches to interdisciplinary teaching and learning, while also presenting frameworks that can serve as guides for reflection and consideration within the context of Chinese cities. The interdisciplinary teaching approaches of the three authors correspond to the three categories proposed by Lattuca (2001): transdisciplinarity, synthetic interdisciplinarity and informed disciplinarity. Additionally, the chapter explicates the theoretical contributions made by exploring Chinese cities as a form of pedagogy.
