As the objective of this, a machine with a capacity of 10 kg was specifically designed to meet the unique needs of small-scale cocoa enterprises. The design process was guided by a thorough comprehension of the challenges faced by small-scale cocoa firms in Sri Lanka, with a particular focus on improving accessibility and effectiveness. Using SolidWorks, extensive design and simulations were carried out to ensure maximum performance. Thorough documentation of the fabrication process resulted in the successful development of the machine. Initial tests showed encouraging outcomes, successfully attaining the targeted butter concentrations within a brief period. Nevertheless, the identified problems required significant changes, demonstrating the commitment to ongoing enhancement. This document offers a thorough examination of this machine, covering its start and future enhancements, with a particular focus on the dedication to encouraging the development of small-scale cocoa enterprises and supporting local entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka's cocoa industry.
