This article introduces the design and implementation of a low-voltage high-current hardware circuit based on DSP processor for a BLDC motor servo controller used in Aviation Starting System. This scheme uses ADP32F035 from Advancechip Company as the control core, and the three-phase motor driver chip adopts JS2110. By receiving instructions from the upper computer, the control of the brushless motor is achieved. Detailed designs were carried out for the DSP main control circuit, communication circuit, MOSFET drive power circuit, gate drive circuit, three-phase bridge module, phase/bus current detection module, and overcurrent detection circuit. The correctness and feasibility of the control circuit scheme have been verified through experiments, and it has high application value.
