Analysis of Electromagnetic Vibration and Noise Characteristics of Transformers Based on Finite Element Simulation
摘要
With the continuous increase of voltage levels, the noise pollution generated by transformers has a serious impact on the environment and people’s lives. This article analyzes the vibration and noise distribution of a 110 kV transformer based on COMSOL multi physics field simulation calculation. Firstly, by establishing an electromagnetic structural multiphysics coupling model, the transient stress magnitude of the transformer is calculated, and fast Fourier transform (FFT) is performed to obtain the spectral data of the transformer stress; Then, the results of the structural force field calculation are used as the excitation for the sound field, and the transformer sound field model is further solved to analyze the distribution and spectral characteristics of the sound pressure level around the transformer. The simulation results show that the vibration spectrum of the transformer is mainly concentrated at 100 Hz and 200 Hz, and the noise frequency is concentrated below 500 Hz. The research results can provide important basis for transformer noise reduction and fault diagnosis.
