Considering that the evaluation indexes of the current regional power grid operation mode are relatively single and need to be fully integrated with the regional characteristics of the regional power grid, this paper establishes a set of comprehensive and systematic evaluation indexes of the regional power grid operation mode. This system includes three primary indicators, namely static security, transient stability and economy. Each level 1 index is divided into level 2 indexes to evaluate the operation of the power grid in more detail. The evaluation system uses the AHP-CRITIC coefficient of variation method, which combines subjective and objective evaluations to improve the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation. The weight values obtained from the three methods are averaged, and this average is used in the processing of normalized data to eliminate the effects of different scales and ranges.
