In order to improve the measurement accuracy of graphene oxide humidity sensor, a high sensitivity and high linearity graphene oxide humidity sensor was studied. The output characteristics of the sensor under different interdigital electrode channel widths and different graphene oxide concentrations were analyzed. The results show that when the concentration of GO is 2.0 mg/ml and the width of electrode channel is 50 μm, higher static sensitivity and better dynamic response can be obtained, and the linearity of the sensor can be significantly improved by adding a partial voltage conversion circuit.
