Research on Multi-constraint Optimization Algorithm for Cable Laying in Pumped-Storage Power Stations Based on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

In the construction of pumped-storage power stations, cable laying is a critical task often requiring optimization due to on-site constraints. Traditional methods can lead to cable crossovers and overloads, increasing construction complexity, duration, and material waste, thus affecting cost-efficiency. This research harnesses the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for advanced development, introducing an innovative cable-laying algorithm featuring intelligent data management, 3D layout, and real-time monitoring. By analyzing actual needs, we've created new data structures and a 3D channel model for precise equipment-to-channel mapping. Employing a strategy of cable grouping for comprehensive path planning, and integrating direction-sensing technology to prevent intersections intelligently, our algorithm efficiently accomplishes multi-layer cable laying even under restrictive conditions, enhancing construction quality and efficiency.
