Thermal Insulation Design of Skid-Mounted Mobile Substation Cabin Under Extremely Cold Temperature
摘要
In order to make the skid-mounted mobile substation can be popularized and applied in extremely cold areas below −40 ℃, this paper uses the principle of engineering thermodynamics to establish a prefabricated cabin engineering heat conduction model, and deduces the relationship between the thickness of the prefabricated cabin insulation material and the heat transfer rate, the external ambient temperature and the type of selected materials, which can be used to guide the selection of the type and thickness of the insulation material, so as to avoid the insufficient thickness to reduce the insulation effect or the thickness of the material cost to be wasted.
