Digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), offer promising solutions to these challenges by enhancing intelligent decision-making, improving visibility, and optimizing operations. This chapter aims to explore the role of AI in transforming traditional supply chains into smart supply chains (SSCs).
