Exstrophy of the bladder is a challanging complex anomaly related to maldevelopment of lower abdominal wall and underlying viscera. The management is primarily directed towards achieving social urinary continence to help them blend into the society along with reasonable correction of genital anomaly and near normal sexual function in both sexes with capability of conception in females.
