Congenital lung lesions are a spectrum of developmental anomalies involving the lung and the airway with overlapping pathological features and varying clinical presentations. The pathological types are related to their occurrence at different embryonic stages of development. Pre- and post-natal management of these lesions requires a thorough understanding of the evolution and progress, and working out an appropriate plan.
