This not only reduces morbidity and mortality but also greatly impacts “Quality of Life” positively. This increase in transplantations has increased greatly over the last three decades and usually provides excellent results in children and young adults. Different modalities and therapeutic agents of immunosuppression enhance graft acceptance rates and significantly improve the quality of life for young patient.
