Risk of Ocular Myasthenia Gravis Transitioning to Generalized Myasthenia Gravis
摘要
In recent years, a series of studies have shown that the proportion of OMG patients transitioning to GMG is relatively low, about 18–20% [1, 2], which may be related to the early diagnosis and treatment of patients with mild symptoms. About 10–14% of OMG patients recover without treatment [3, 4]. The clinical course of the first three years is crucial in determining the prognosis of the disease [4].
