A pivotal concern is the management of wastewater originating from diverse human activities, a critical aspect indispensable for sustainability and human welfare. In response, this chapter advocates for a concerted effort to promote responsible water usage through community-led initiatives and educational campaigns. A fundamental strategy involves curtailing groundwater exploitation associated with activities such as hospitality and manufacturing, thereby reducing the risk of communities resorting to contaminated water sources.
