The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has been echoed worldwide since it was put forward in 2013. International Production Capacity Cooperation (IPCC) is an important component of the BRI. This article summarizes China’s direct investment in BRI countries, the construction of international cooperation parks, and the effectiveness of IPCC, analyzes the characteristics and operation mechanisms of IPCC, investigates the future development of IPCC, and puts forward measures and suggestions to promote better development of IPCC.
