Both the concept of education and religion are the most endeavour humankind activities. The chapter purely analyses the external and internal environments of education. Major discussion is undertaken on the impact of demographic factors on education and its effectiveness. The chapter also highlights the impact of economic factors on undertaking effectiveness in academics. The principle of religion and its impact on education is also discussed. Major importance is given to demographics, economics, and religious influence on educational organizations and why an educational manager should know about it. The discussion has used examples from Malaysia as practiced case studies to explain the trends of impacts of all these demographic, economic, and religious factors. The chapter concludes the importance of modern managers to understand these phenomena to excel in the competitive market.
