Orderly Electricity Consumption Strategy with Reliability-Based Assessment
摘要
With the steadily growth of intermittent renewable energy and electricity load, conditions of power tight balance or even power deficiency emerge more frequently than before. Orderly electricity consumption (OEC) is thereby employed to cover the power gaps without unscheduled outages. A comprehensive OEC strategy with environmental concerns has been developed in this work. First, orderly consumption power (OCP) is determined by power balance analysis and allocated over the subsystems according the load sizes and types. Then, subsystem OCPs are specified with power shifting, averting and rationing. Furthermore, reliability assessment is implemented to review the practicability of developed OEC strategy. At last, case studies are conducted and verify the effects of the proposed method.
