Operational excellence can be achieved if the supply chain and logistics practices are thoroughly monitored and a proper implementation plan is set up. Additionally, corporate carbon management is more efficient in terms of performance measurement and maintains operational excellence. This paper presents the findings of two case studies including various audit facets like sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and waste management are considered and evaluated based on metrics such as carbon emissionsCarbon emission, waste generation, and water consumption.
