摘要

With the quick expansion in mortal inhabitants and the mortal’s reliance toward electrical energy, the requirement for energy has intensified numerous crowds, causing a deficiency of electrical energy during peak hours. An electrical circuit and system must be modernized, updated, and managed to meet current energy demands. Internet of Things (IoT) technology can be employed to energy consumption and distribution in different scripts. This article delivers a minimal amount and adaptable power billing and meter, a cadence supervising structure in addition to the support of an intertwined microcomputer together with IP connectivity for gain access and controller of apparatus and gadgets remotely using Internet of Things (IoT). The proposed system bears a devoted garcon server PC with respect to analogous systems and offers a new communication protocol for theft identification, power billing, and fault identification system. Electricity billing is a major concern for serviceability. The introduction of smart meters by the government rises the compiling of energy utilization data which in turn increases the energy consumption statistics analysis than conventional method. We have proposed a microcontroller; IoT-based remote monitoring of meter data and data from distribution transformer to detect live meter reading in an area. Over load fault, high-voltage and low-voltage faults are proposed in this paper. The proposed model was testing for varying amounts of power billings and for different types of circuit approximations.
