With the development of science and technology, robot technology has been widely used in the field of agriculture, in order to solve the stability problem of the twin mushroom picking machine in the picking process, a suspension chassis is designed in this paper, so as to prevent the machine from bumping due to uneven track caused by soil and external factors during the picking process. In this paper, the chassis is modeled in 3D based on SolidWorks, and the chassis structure designed must adapt to the narrow space of the mushroom rack to ensure that it does not interfere with the picking area and the mushroom rack. Secondly, in order to ensure that the chassis can bear a certain load, the finite element analysis of each part of the suspension chassis is carried out to verify whether each part meets the strength requirements, and finally the designed suspension chassis is simulated and verified.
