Lean method plays a very important role in Indian construction industry, but there is a lack of clarity of application of Kanban System in Lean Construction. This paper provides a brief description of Kanban methods and its implementation in construction sector. Kanban system is one of the main management methods in Lean Tools which helps in timely completion of projects and reduce in costs. However, the use of Kanban system is very rarely used in many of the construction companies in India. The main objective of this case study is determined how does the Kanban system work effectively in Multinational Organisations. The study describes digitalization as a tool for the effective adoption of lean manufacturing. The study concluded by identifying the five major attributes of Lean and its integration with stakeholders, devices and processes, waste reduction, and autonomy being highlighted.
