The aim of this chapter is to identify the challenges of, and opportunities for, collaboration in health and healthcare. Collaboration is discussed from both a micro (team level) and a macro (collaborative partnership and leadership level). Examples of changes at both the micro and macro level are presented. This discussion is complemented by the use of reflective practice to identify the implications for each of the 3P agencies of health and healthcare: Principles and Purposes (P1); (People in Place P2); and Practices and Processes (P3).
