The aim of this chapter is to identify proposals for changes for health professionals and patients to co-design and co-create health and healthcare. The chapter presents discourse on several proposals for change, including: integrative healthcare, adaptive health practice, patient-centered care (patient voice and patients as partners), and relationship-centered care. The discussion is complemented by the authors reflections upon these proposals aimed to identify the implications of each for each of the 3P agencies of health and healthcare: Principles and Purposes (P1); People in Place (P2); and Practices and Processes (P3).
