This chapter presents the findings from applying reflection-on-practice to an Indigenous heath project that was established in 1998 as a collaborative initiative between a university and two Indigenous organizations in Australia. First, a descriptive narrative is combined with concept mapping to explore the potential relationship between the 6Ls of Australian Indigenous Ancient Indigenous Wisdoms and the 3P agencies of the holistic ecosystem of health and healthcare. Second, a critical reflection is undertaken using appreciative inquiry to identify a potential relationship between the factors that contribute to a holistic ecosystem of health and healthcare and Ancient Indigenous Wisdoms.
