This chapter presents the findings from applying reflection-on-practice to a health project that was established in 2021 as an international, cross country, collaborative partnership. First, a descriptive narrative combined with critical incident analysis is used to explore the project experience of the 3P agencies of health and healthcare. Second, a critical reflection is undertaken, using appreciative inquiry, to identify the challenges in seeking to replace the habitual practice of hierarchies of decision making in health and healthcare.
