Based on the existing gravity observation facilities in the earthquake area, a certain number of absolute gravity stations and relative gravity stations are selected to establish a gravity monitoring network. Then absolute gravity observation and relative gravity observation are conducted to obtain gravity data after the earthquake. Combined with the historical gravity data in the same region, gravity variations after the earthquake are obtained, and the change of medium density and stress in the source area will be inversed and studied. The results can provide a reference to earthquake prediction and research on earthquake-generating mechanisms.
