Introduction
摘要
This introductory chapter presents an overview of the pedagogical framework designed for teachers working with students who have experienced early childhood trauma. The framework serves as a guide emphasising mutual learning and growth between educators and students. It focuses on four core areas: Relationship, Safety, Self-regulation, and Agency, to support traumatised students and empower teachers to improve their practice through reflective discussions. Grounded in attachment theory and informed by neuroscience, this chapter describes the critical role of secure teacher-student relationships in overcoming trauma. It is structured as a Tier-3 intervention within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), offering intensive, personalised support guiding educators in the process of transformation.
