Fostering Youth Entrepreneurial Aspiration: Exploring Factors Shaping the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs Among University Students
摘要
The purpose of the study is to understand and pinpoint the connection between a number of variables that affect a person’s intention to start a business. The main goal of this study is to identify the trends in entrepreneurial intent among college students. Numerous factors, including personality characteristics, social acceptance, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial mindset are assessed in order to examine a person’s behavior. As these facts influence a person’s impression of entrepreneurship in some manner, they were examined alongside these criteria in order to understand the students’ objectives. In this study, the modifiers of student entrepreneurship include gender, geography, marital status, and family background. For this, 80 entrepreneurs were chosen as a sample, and a variety of methods were used to examine the data. The results imply that entrepreneurial intention is driven by a integration of personality factors, social prestige, and entrepreneurial mindset. Men were more likely than women to have an entrepreneurial mindset, and pupils who had an entrepreneur in the family are more likely to go on to become entrepreneurs themselves.
