Customer feedback plays a pivotal role in determining business sales and profits. This paper proposes a model that utilizes customer feedback as a tool to uplift the sales and profit of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This model can prove to be beneficial for anyone who owns or struggles to run an SME. It is known to us that small and medium enterprises often lack the resources and expertise to showcase strong competition in the marketplace. On the other hand, large-scale companies are not only well-equipped with resources but also execute excellent marketing strategies. Hence, in this paper, we propose a solution to help the SMEs to improve their marketing strategy. Here, we extract the customer feedback from e-commerce websites of both target SME and its competitors. Following this, we identify the strengths and weaknesses for both. Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis for the target SME is done using Large Language Models (LLMs) by taking its competitor’s strengths and weaknesses as its threats and opportunities, respectively. The marketing strategies are prompted based on SWOT analysis to improve their business index. The novelty of our approach lies in the fact that it provides marketing strategies for SMEs using real-time customer feedback and competitive analysis. This method gives the strengths and weaknesses compared to competitors and provides actionable insights to boost market visibility and sales.
